216: Abuse?

When I first joined the Earlswood community, my owners started a ‘tradition’ that when I return from my park walk in the morning, I get a treat called a ‘meaty strip’ (or similar). TOWTLH breaks bits off the strip and alternately throw one down the hallway for me to chase and then drops the next one at her feet so I run back. This cycle is repeated 6 or 7 time until the meaty strip is exhausted (and I am too). This, therefore, acts as a reward AND additional exercise.

Of course, I know I could walk slowly between the thrown piece and the dropped piece but my beans seem to enjoy my speedy attempts to reach each one as soon as possible. (In a normal day, it is the only aerobic exercise I get.)

So I do it for the entertainment of my beans.  On reflection ,I think this is exploitative (of me) and I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to bring a case of dog misuse (or should that be abuse?)

Even well-meaning beans can be guilty of abuse!

Anyone know a good (and preferably cheap) lawyer?
