114: The Rain

I have learnt over my seven short years that human beans are obsessed with the weather.  They take every opportunity to watch a weather forecast, look at the data on their phone or simply look out of the window and say things like …”No clouds in the sky, its going to be dry’ or ‘I can hear a train, its soon going to rain’.

However, this seems to have got worse recently. There seems to be whole programs or whole evenings devoted to studies of UK Rain.  Its got past obsessive. Its now frightening.  

Can we just roll back a bit, please?  Let’s get things in perspective. UK Rain may be important., but its not like at the level of the next meal; is it?

So forget the weather; get the food out.
